Project Management

Between us, to date we've project managed 3 Major (over £3million) award winning projects totalling over £11million.

We both hold a number of project management qualifications including Prince2, and Clore Fellowship.

Amanda is also a supporter member of IHBC

NLHF support

We have managed projects at all stages of the NLHF process from inception to launch.

We can act as advisors or in a Project Management role

Heritage interpretation and activity plans

We can help pull together plans to unveil the stories and historical significance behind each building, to unlock opportunities to involve volunteers and enrich the visitor experience

We have both completed the GEM Interpretation training programme, and can provide examples of completed interpretation in historic settings

Vitability, feasibility and options appraisals

Supporting organisations to find a new use, including planning and carrying out community engagement / consultation, fixability, viablity and options appraisals, for any type of heritage building

Heritage Craft Skills

We have successfully set up, sought funding for and overseen the development and delivery of a number of heritage craft skills programmes across the North of England and Yorkshire, covering public hard hat tours, technical days for professionals and students, work experince and mentoirng of apprentices

HAZ / High Street Investment progammes

We developed the first ever HAZ public programme in Sunderland, which has been used as an exemplar for good practice in other areas. We have worked for the past 3 years with Historic England on both programmes

Environmental Sustainability Report

A mandatory document for those projects seeking funding under the new NLHF investment principles (with an environmental theme).
